A-WINN started its business in trading raw chemicals of Polyurethane materials used to produce products such as mattress, pillows and cushions. Various chemical components are mixed into a blending tank according to the customer specifications. Furniture manufacturers such as Dreamland, Safari Chairs and Far East Foam are among the main customers using our blended materials. Today,
these raw materials are being used by A-WINN to produce mattresses and pillows.

A-WINN has managed to climb one step ahead by becoming a mattress and pillow producer to the Malaysian Government through a central contract purchasing system. These products have its own standard size and quality that is approved by SIRIM.

A-WINN’s annual average order from the Government is to supply 15,000 pcs of mattresses and 20,000 pcs of pillows valued at more than RM6 million per year.

As a system blending house, A-WINN has the advantage of ensuring quality right from the point of raw material production. Our quality control personnel are tasked to ensure that each product produced is tested according to SIRIM specifications.
